Mary Cheung grew up in a Hong Kong charitable orphanage with unknown parents. Whenever she felt lonely and helpless, she would kneel by the window and pray to heaven. As an adult, she won the title of Miss Hong Kong. After becoming a Christian, her mother returned to Hong Kong in her later years to reunite with her, yet her father remained completely out of reach. Though harboring bitterness in her heart, she accepted a church's invitation to speak on Father's Day Sunday. When she mentioned her father, she couldn't hold back her tears and wept uncontrollably.
